Needed: Examples of Live Theatre influenced by Video Games!!!

Hello All – I am preparing an abstract for the Canadian Popular Culture Association and I need more examples of live theatre/performance based on or influenced by video games.  For example, I already know about _Video Games, The Musical!_ that was at the Toronto Fringe last year and about a local improv troupe who improvise based on game situations called 8-Bit Improv.  Others?  Any from Alberta or BC?

Thanks!

DAve

    Hey Dave,
This show was presented at Vancouver’s Push Festival last year…

    Hi Dave.
There is a show created and performed by Christopher Duthie at Y-Stage at Vertigo this winter called n00b. Definitely worth a look.

Hi! You prolly already know about these cats, but I just stumbled onto them. If you haven’t encountered them yet, though, you should look into the GamePlay Festival at Brick theatre in NYC. More details here: http://bricktheater.com/, including listings of previous festival lineups.
